By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Definitions
- "Platform"
- Refers to Kirihat's website, mobile application, and all related services.
- "Customer"
- Refers to users who purchase products through the Platform.
- "Seller"
- Refers to users who list and sell products on the Platform.
- "Vendor"
- Refers to warehouse operators who store products for quick delivery.
- "Rider"
- Refers to delivery partners who deliver products to Customers.
- "Admin"
- Refers to Kirihat's administrative team.
- "User"
- Refers to any person accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on our Platform.
- Minors under 18 may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. User Accounts
4.1. Account Registration
You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2. Account Types
The Platform supports five types of user accounts: Customer, Seller, Vendor, Rider, and Admin. Each account type has specific rights and responsibilities as outlined in respective policies.
4.3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
4.5. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time through the Platform settings. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
5. Platform Usage
5.1. Service Area
Kirihat currently operates in PIN code 783334 in India. We plan to expand to additional areas in the future.
5.2. Business Hours
- Order Placement: Customers may place orders at any time
- Delivery Services: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST
- Customer Support: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST
5.3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Platform to transmit, distribute, or store material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Orders and Transactions
- All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by the respective Seller and Vendor.
- Kirihat acts as a facilitator between Customers, Sellers, Vendors, and Riders and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed.
- Product prices are determined by Sellers and may be subject to change without notice.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order by the Seller. Sellers and Vendors reserve the right to cancel orders at their discretion before shipment.
7. Payment Terms

8. Delivery

8.2. Delivery Terms
- Delivery charges may apply based on product category, order value, and ongoing offers.
- Free delivery may be available based on certain thresholds.
- Riders will attempt delivery one time only. If the Customer is unreachable or unavailable, the order may be cancelled by the Rider.
- You must provide accurate delivery information. Kirihat is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Quick Summary
- Customers may cancel orders until the product is shipped.
- Refunds for UPI payments will be processed within 24-48 hours of cancellation.
- Refunds for COD orders require the Customer to provide valid UPI or bank account details.
10. Prohibited Products and Activities

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of Kirihat or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
11.1. Platform Content
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without our express written permission.
11.2. User-Generated Content
Product listings, images, and descriptions submitted by Sellers remain the property of the respective Sellers, who grant Kirihat a license to display and promote such content.
12. Limitation of Liability
Role as Intermediary
Kirihat acts as an intermediary platform connecting Customers, Sellers, Vendors, and Riders. We do not manufacture, store (except through Vendors), or directly sell products listed on the Platform.
12.1. Product Liability
Kirihat is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of product listings. All product-related concerns should be directed to the respective Seller.
12.2. Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirihat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12.3. Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
12.4. Data Security Disclaimer
Kirihat implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, we are not responsible for data breaches, hacking attempts, malware, or unauthorized access caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kirihat, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Your fraudulent or illegal activities
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1. Response Time
Customer complaints and disputes will be addressed within 1-24 hours of receipt. Resolution may take 1-30 business days depending on the complexity of the issue.
14.2. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of India.
14.3. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhubri, Assam, India.
14.4. Amicable Resolution
We encourage users to contact our customer support team to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
15. Modifications to Terms
- Kirihat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email.
- Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
16. Termination
16.1. Voluntary Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
16.2. Immediate Termination
Kirihat may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
16.3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
16.4. Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
17. General Provisions
17.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kirihat regarding your use of the Platform.
17.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17.3. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
17.4. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. Kirihat may assign these Terms without restriction.
17.5. Force Majeure
Kirihat shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
