3. Delivery Modes & Timelines
We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs:
Instant Delivery

Get your essentials delivered in minutes! Available for eligible products and locations within our optimized delivery zones.
Standard Delivery
2 - 4 Hours
Perfect for larger bulk orders or items from specific vendors. Orders placed before 6 PM are typically delivered the same day.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or operational challenges.
4. Shipping Charges
We strive to keep our delivery fees affordable. Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value and delivery type:
- Free Delivery: On all orders above ₹499.
- Standard Fee: A nominal fee of ₹25 applies to orders below ₹499.
- Small Cart Fee: For orders below ₹100, a small cart fee of ₹10 may apply to ensure operational sustainability.
Final delivery charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout screen before you confirm your order.
5. Order Tracking
Stay updated on your order's journey every step of the way:
- Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is out for delivery, you can track your Rider's live location directly within the Kirihat App.
- Status Updates: You will receive notifications for Order Confirmation, Packing, Out for Delivery, and Successful Delivery.
- SMS/In-App Alerts: Important updates will be sent via SMS or push notifications.
6. Delivery Attempts
To ensure successful delivery:
- Our Rider will attempt to call you if they cannot locate your address or if you are unavailable.
- One Attempt: We typically attempt delivery once. If you are unavailable, the order may be cancelled, or you may need to reschedule via customer support (subject to availability).
- Secure Drop: You may request a "Leave at Door" or "Leave with Neighbor" option through the app instruction notes, but Kirihat is not responsible for the package once left as per your instructions.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive an order with damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please report it immediately.
