Eligibility Criteria
To become a seller on Kirihat, you must meet the following requirements:
Valid Business
Registered business or shop in Dhubri (PIN 783334)
Legal Documents
Business registration, GST number (if applicable), trade license
Identity Proof
PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport
Bank Account
Active bank account in your business/personal name
Quality Products
Ability to provide quality products consistently
Service Area
Must be able to service PIN code 783334 area
Document Requirements:
- Business registration certificate (if registered)
- GST certificate (if turnover exceeds âš40 lakhs/year)
- Trade license or shop establishment license
- PAN Card (mandatory)
- Bank account proof (cancelled cheque or bank statement)
- Address proof (Aadhaar, utility bill, rental agreement)
- Product images and catalog

Our commission structure is transparent and competitive:
Additional Fees:
- Payment Gateway Fee: Actual charges passed on (typically 1-2%)
- Return Processing: Deducted from seller earnings if return is due to seller fault
- Penalty Fees: May apply for policy violations, late order processing, or quality issues
Note: Commission rates are subject to periodic review and may change with 30 days notice. Existing contracts will be honored.

You must accept returns and bear costs if:

Result: Full refund to customer + return shipping cost deducted from your earnings

Customer bears return cost if:
